Dolphin Hideout is an upscale family friendly home right on the ocean! Located at the south end of Studio Drive, this unique home is adjacent to a lovely walking trail along the bluffs, and ends at the entrance to the Cayucos "dog beach." This home has wonderful ocean views from the living room and dining room. Lay back on the lounge couches or swing in the "Papa San" chair as you watch the waves or cozy up next to the gas fireplace. This home has wonderful ocean views from the living room and dining room. Lay back on the lounge couches or swing in the "Papa San" chair as you watch the waves or cozy up next to the gas fireplace. The dining room features a window seat that overlooks the sandy beach. Living and dining rooms have lovely refinished hardwood flooring. The tiled, fully stocked kitchen opens into the family room/ TV room. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1st bedroom has a King sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and bunk beds (2 Twins) with an ensuite, and the primary bedroom (3rd bedroom) has a King sized bed. The primary bath features a deep soaking tub, private toilet and hammered copper his/her sinks. Hall bathroom has a walk in shower with tall glass doors. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Each rental is stocked with basic start-up products: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap. Pets are not allowed unless the home is pet-friendly and applicable fees have been paid. *Pet considered with additional cleaning fee and prior approval. Smoking is NOT permitted—this includes vapes, oil lamps, candles, and incense due to lasting odors. Policy violations will result in an excessive cleaning fee. Please be sure to bring your own personal toiletry items, as single-use plastic toiletry bottles are not provided. Rental Rates: Rates vary by date, season, and length of stay.
