This house has a sheltered terrace with no neighbors and a large wooded garden where a river passes. An above-ground swimming pool is available to cool you down in summer alone, with family or friends. Close to Orléans and Chartres, you can discover the surrounding windmills, cathedrals, the Foulon caves and the Château de Chambord, 1 hour away. The space The fully renovated house has been furnished and decorated for your comfort. Combining the old and the modern, this place offers a cozy atmosphere. Here, relaxation and serenity await. Guest access The gîte is at the end of a common courtyard on the right (2nd house after the wooden gate). Check-in is completely autonomous thanks to a lockbox at your disposal. Guests can park their vehicle in the free communal parking lot across the street. Other things to note The house is very old and has steps to access the kitchen or to go to the 2nd bedroom. This gives it an atypical side. In the kitchen, a Senséo coffee machine and welcome pods are at your disposal. Bed and bath linens are provided. For your information, there is no iron but a steamer in the kitchen. Free internet access for TV channels and Netflix. The first amenities (bakery, supermarket) are 6 km from the gîte in Patay. You can also go to Cap'Saran 15 km away, where you will find a large Carrefour, various shops and restaurants.
