This traditional home has been decorated in neutral tones to provide a welcoming and airy space. The entrance leads onto a hallway with the lounge, kitchen and dining area all on the ground floor. The family bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. There is a back door to the fully enclosed garden. Stairs to the first floor open onto 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom also has an ensuite. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests to use. The fully equipped kitchen has a generous dining space, where the family can come together and enjoy meals after a busy day sightseeing. The garden is simple and low maintenance, providing a tranquil place to relax in the evening sun. There is a raised patio area with garden furniture and a lawn where children can play. The 2 bedrooms each have room to sleep 2 people. There is a double bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom sleeps 2. The bed will be dressed with 2 single duvets at all times. There is also a separate office, meaning this home lends itself well to those who need somewhere to work from home, or catch up on some emails. There is a Lavazza Pod coffee machine for guests to use should they wish. Guest access The home and garden is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else. Whilst we are on hand to assist with any issues during your stay, we are unable to make changes to anything within the home to suit individual needs. The property is to be taken as it is. If you need to get in touch, please do so through Airbnb messaging. The fireplace in the lounge is decorative only. Please do not attempt to light a fire in this Early check-in and late check-out requests. We charge an additional £20 for any requests that are granted in advance. Please message us through Airbnb messaging to see if we can accommodate your early check-in/late check-out request. This is self-catered accommodation. The home is equipped with small hand soaps, a couple of toilet rolls per bathroom, and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with us as soon as possible. The earlier you check, the better, as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 24 hours notice to our cleaners. You are welcome to use and enjoy the outdoor seating areas. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover. If the management team are called out to resolve an issue where you are at fault, you will incur a £50 callout charge, i.e. if you cannot connect to the wifi, but you have unplugged the router. Please be aware we will have to charge £25 if you have locked yourself out and we need to attend to help you gain access. There is a £100 charge for failure to leave the keys in the key safe on departure. This is because we will have to conduct an emergency lock change for safety reasons.
