Sidmouth Sea Front Flat

30 seconds from Sidmouth Sea Front and nearby shops and restaurants. The flat is just 5 mins from the access to the Devon Coastal Path to Beer, Branscombe and Lyme and 10 minutes to Jacobs Ladder Beach and on to Ladram, Budleigh, Otterton and beyond. We also have some sea views from the kitchen and two of the bedrooms. A free parking permit is available for Sidmouth public car parks (3 hrs max per day per car park) Note 2 flights of stairs to the flat and 1 further flight to the bathroom. The space The flat is spacious with a good sized lounge with comfy sofa and easy chairs and a dining table that is extendable. All three double bedrooms are good sizes and the kitchen is very well equipped for the keen self caterers. Please note that there are two flights of steps up to the flat door and then once inside there is another flight of stairs up to the bathroom and third bedroom. Probably unsuitable for someone who is infirm. Guest access All areas of the flat are useable for guests except the locked store room on the top floor.
