The space We offer a backyard with a small basketball court. beautiful garden beds that feature different blooms throughout the seasons. There is road access to the atv trails directly from the property. During the winter we have an access trail that connects to main trail ITS 83. We offer trailer parking with communication with the property manager on assigned locations on property per trailer size. Guest access We offer our guests access to the back yard, basketball court. from 9am till dusk. We ask you not to walk down the driveway that wraps around the building. as that is part of the managers private property. Other things to note This simple roadside motel just on the outskirts of Caribou is 2.7 miles from the Aroostook River, 11.1 miles from Presque Isle and 14.2 miles from Aroostook National Wildlife Preserve.
