The shops of necessity are 10 min walk (1 min by car). Super U is a 2-minute drive with the gas station. Close to Bandol (2-minute drive) and Sanary (8-minute drive) to enjoy the beautiful port and its charming town. This recently renovated studio, completely and tastefully, with an area of 23 m2, offers a living room with an open kitchen. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster (some coffee pods, ground coffee, tea and herbal tea will be offered). You will also have everything you need to cook as well as basic condiments (olive and sunflower oil, wine and balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar). Household products will also be available. You can have lunch in the dining area on a height-adjustable and mobile table or outside on a convertible table (6 people) on a wooden terrace. You will need to take stairs to access the accommodation. - The Bandol toll is 2 minutes from the residence. - Lido Beach is a 15-minute walk away with direct access (stairs lead you directly to the beach). - The port and the city of Sanary are 8 minutes by car (large parking lot of the Esplanade). - The port and the city of Bandol are a 2-minute drive away (large Casino parking lot). - Basic shops (bakery, tobacco/press, greengrocer, etc.) 1 minute by car. - Super U (with gas station) 2-minute drive. This includes heating, air cooler (less powerful than an air conditioner but sufficient for the surface of the apartment), and air purifier.
