The space There are no hills and a limited number of stairs; this unit is on the first/pool level. A beautiful pool with a lounging area and bathroom is available for residents of the building. The windows are upgraded to optimally block city noise, although the area is generally quiet. The fridge has a water filter for the water dispenser and ice maker. There is ice-cold AC in the bedroom and ceiling fans throughout the unit. Please be mindful of electricity usage and turn off the AC when away from the condo. The bedroom includes a comfortable king-size mattress, a 32-inch flat-screen TV with Firestick, a laptop-size safe, and plentiful closet space. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with an island, a gas cooktop, and a built-in oven. The living room offers a comfortable foldout sofa (double size) and a 50" flat-screen TV. The large outdoor space includes a sink, gas BBQ, table and chairs, and an all-in-one washer/dryer. Cleaning can be arranged as needed. Guest access You'll have a private terrace with the condo and shared pool access. Other things to note The HOA requires full names and contact info for all overnight guests. Only registered guests are permitted to use the pool area.
