We've newly furnished our home with every modern luxury imaginable. All of our bathrooms are equipped with luxurious, high-pressure rain showers and 100% Vegan, Paraben & Sulfate free Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. Our bath towels are made from high quality 100% ring spun cotton. The bedrooms feature green tea and charcoal infused memory foam mattresses, unbelievably soft microfiber sheets, and a selection of breathable, knit fabric pillows that feel like sleeping on a cloud. Our kitchen is fully stocked with: ‣ High-end Keurig coffee and latte maker with 6 varieties of coffee + decaf ‣ Electric kettle + 6 varieties of tea ‣ Air fryer ‣ Rice cooker ‣ Toaster ‣ Blender ‣ Enough pots, pans, chef's knives, spices, and baking trays to whip up any meal you can imagine! If you have young children in your group, you'll be thrilled to know that we: ‣ Include a Crib/Playpen with a memory foam mattress ‣ Include a highchair with safety straps and food tray ‣ Have all of our floor-level outlets protected with outlet safety covers ‣ Have child-safe dinnerware Our master bedroom features a work from home station: spacious desk, comfortable chair, and great lighting. You will have access to our free in-unit washer and dryer. Guest access You will have full access to our home, fully screened patio with private swimming pool, and free access to all of our community resort's amenities. To enter the community, we need to add the names of all of the drivers to our security portal. To use the resort amenities, we need to add the names of all guests above the age of 2. Other things to note ‣ Our 4-burner BBQ grill is free to use! Propane is provided (shared amongst all of our guests), but if it runs out you can refill it at any nearby gas station. ‣ Our pool can be optionally heated to 84-86°F for just $30/day. The pool must be heated for a minimum of 3 days (or for the full length of your stay, if it's less than 3 days) and must be heated continuously. Please let us know at least 24 hours before you arrive whether you would like heating so the pool can reach the perfect temperature by the time you arrive! ‣ Please note that the pool pump and heater are off daily from 1AM - 4AM. Once the heater turns back on, it may take a few hours for the pool to reach the maximum temperature. Also, if the outside temperature is less than 55 degrees, the pool and hot tub cannot be heated. This is a safety mechanism that is built in to all pool heaters in our area to prevent the device from freezing. It’s rarely less than 55 degrees in Florida (usually only a few days December through February), so you most likely won’t have to worry about this. If you run into this issue during your stay, you will receive a refund on the heating fee. ‣ The home has two stories, with 2 bedrooms on the first level. ‣ Once our full refund cancellation window has passed, we cannot accept any requests to change the dates for your trip.
