This cottage "in its juice" and its wooded and enclosed garden of 2000 m2, perfectly combines authentic charm and tranquility. With its typical Norman decoration, it offers a peaceful haven that can accommodate up to 6 people. The space Welcome to our large country house, typically Norman, with its thatched roof and warm atmosphere. Here, there is no flashy modernity: we come to slow down, meet and enjoy nature and the simple comfort of a house that is inhabited and loved. Living/Dining Room: Immerse yourself in the warm and authentic atmosphere of our large 80 m² living/dining room, with direct access to the terrace through the 5 French windows. You will share friendly moments around a large family table (8 to 10 people), or by the fire, in the stone fireplace (wood not included). A second, more intimate living room awaits you to read, play or simply enjoy a moment of calm. Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is equipped to meet all culinary needs. You would have an oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and two compact refrigerators. Everything is available for you to prepare delicious meals like at home. Bathrooms: The house has two full bathrooms with bathtub, as well as two separate toilets (one on the ground floor and one upstairs), guaranteeing comfort and convenience for all guests. Bedrooms: - Master Bedroom: A double bed (160 cm) - "Blue" double bedroom: One double bed (140 cm) - Children's room: Two single beds and large play area. Baby crib with bars available upon request. Yard: The enclosed, wooded and sloping garden offers a nice space to enjoy the outdoors in peace. Barbecue, garden furniture and large terrace will allow you to eat outside on sunny days. Entertainment: A selection of board games and books for young and old is available for quiet evenings at home. Private parking is also available on site. Please note that this is a country house with a thatched roof, so it is likely that you will find spiders there. Guest access We provide you with our entire country house, including the garden, so that you can make the most of your stay. Please note that the basement remains a private space and will not be accessible to guests, as it is used for personal storage and will remain locked. Thank you for respecting this part of the house as an unshared space, as well as some closed cupboards. We hope you find all the comfort and tranquility you are looking for in our home and feel at home. Other things to note Please do not park your vehicles on the green spaces in the common driveways. For the peace of mind of the neighbors, it is forbidden to have parties or play music outdoors (including during the day).
