Mi Marée – Beachfront Room

Private room in a beachfront property. Ideally located between beach and forest, a beautiful farmhouse houses 3 charming bedrooms equipped with private bathroom and each overlooking a flowery terrace. In common, a large kitchen and a cozy living room open onto a landscaped garden. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, guaranteed by the warm welcome of Jules and Mathilde who are keen to introduce you to their island. Jules, a child of the country, will not fail to share his good plans. The space The Mi Marée room is located on the ground floor of Villa Bineta. Comfortable and well-equipped 25 m² room in a refined style mixing exposed stone and wood. A 160 bed, 2 nightstands, a ceiling fan, a wall screen (smart TV but without DTT channels), a wardrobe and a bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. A mezzanine accommodates 2 additional guests with a 160 bed. Beds will be made on arrival. Shared 60 m² kitchen/living area. The equipped kitchen has a 3-burner induction cooktop, range hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. An island is dedicated to breakfast: Espresso with Philips grinder (coffee is provided to our guests), toaster, kettle. The living room has 3 dining tables and the living room has 2 sofas, a reading area, a TV and fiber internet. Outside you can enjoy the terrace and enclosed garden for outdoor dining (a garden table, chairs, parasol and barbecue/grill). Guest access Comfortable, this longhouse renovated in 2023 is located 5 minutes' walk from Boyardville beach with views of Fort Boyard. A stone's throw from the accommodation are the departure of the cruises (Ile d 'Aix, La Rochelle), bike rental, tennis courts, the market in the center of town, restaurants. Also the Fort Royer oyster park and the golf course are nearby. You will enjoy your stay in the best conditions by doing everything on foot or by bike (many Running and mountain biking trails on the edge of the Salmonards forest). If you bring your bikes, surfboards, or other amenities, a secure space is available for your use. Other things to note Cleaning of the bedroom and common areas is 30 euros. Linens (towels, bed sheets, duvets, pillows and mattress protectors) are provided and included in the price. Cleaning products and a minimum supply of groceries (sugar, salt, etc.) are available. Washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner and iron are also available.
