Condo 1B is a ground level unit that can sleep 2 to 4 people, it has a queen size bed, and a full size futon. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen supplied with everything you need for cooking. Condo 1B is close walking distance to everything downtown and can also be joined with Condo 1A for large families or friends who want to be together if both units are rented. Condo 1B is on the first floor and does not require stairs. The space This is a non-smoking property. Parking is very tight please pull in close to deck so other guests can get around your vehicle. Over flow parking is across Main street behind Hillcrest bank. Dog park conveniently located nearby to let your pet run free. We bought this unit over a year ago, however, the previous owner was still the host for us. We are now hosting starting back in April! Other things to note Parking is very tight please be mindful of other guests trying to go around your vehicle. All wheel drive or 4x4 will be needed during the winter. We will alert guests early in the morning if the driveway needs to be plowed which is usually around noon. You can park your car across the street at the community house or on main street. This condo has a gravity fed heater which is very reliable without electricity, if the power goes out it will still work. When temperatures are in the teens or lower the heater will make a popping sound due to hot and cold. If you're a light sleeper please be aware, bring ear plugs or a sound machine.
