Two-bedroom garden pool suite 15 min from Caen

Beautiful charming property 12km from Caen, 30 min from the sea and close to Normandy Switzerland. Two bedrooms, one with sofa bed, shower room and separate toilet, make up this suite. Different spaces are at your disposal for breakfast (included) or throughout the day: dining room with sofa and fireplace, a family kitchen, a terrace and small spaces arranged in the garden. A seasonal heated pool awaits you in this very quiet and relaxing place. The space Old house with large volumes that we recently renovated while preserving as much as possible the period elements (tiles, fireplaces, floors). The suite has two bedrooms: the first with a queen size bed (160 cm) with new and comfortable bedding and the second with a 160 cm sofa bed with mattress topper, shutters and light-blocking curtains are available in both bedrooms. A large shower room with double vanity and walk-in shower, as well as separate toilets complete your private space. Breakfast (included) served either on the terrace or indoors depending on the weather. Bed linen and towels provided. Guest access Access to the suite via the main staircase of the house, I will welcome you to hand you the keys. You will be able to park your vehicle in the inner courtyard of the house. The bedrooms have a lock. During your stay I will be on site during your stay and reachable by phone at any time. Other things to note The suite does not allow self check-in as it is located in our house without direct access to the outside. This is an old house that has been carefully renovated, the floors can sometimes creak... or the doors can squeak... The environment is very quiet but you can hear the little birds in the morning and the owl that lives on one of our chimneys calling its young.
