House centrally located in Sortland

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. It takes 10 minutes to walk up to the countryside with great hiking opportunities, and 10 minutes to walk to the center of Sortland with all amenities. Four minutes walk to the swimming pool, two minutes to the nearest playground. The house is spacious and located in a one-way street. Here there are two youth rooms, children's rooms, playrooms, guest rooms (with sleeping space), and adult bedrooms. Three bathrooms is great! New patio outside, trampoline and bicycles in all sizes for lending. The space The house consists of three floors. Basement: laundry room, bedroom 1 with single bed, bedroom 2 with queen size bed and exit, storage rooms and two bathrooms. Main floor: Hallway, one bedroom with king size bed, one bathroom, spacious living room and kitchen. Attic: Children's room with two single beds, playroom/hallway, living room no. 2 which is also combined as a guest room with king size bed. Guest access You can use the whole house except for the storage rooms. Other things to note We have a kind and calm cat that lives on the property, the cat has a feeding station and a cat door. Refilling of food and water is done by the guests if needed.
