This studio apartment is well-lit and spacious, featuring a large bathroom, kitchenette, and all necessary amenities for a short or extended stay. **PLEASE NOTE: This unit does NOT have a full stove or oven* It provides a stylish, private, and comfortable space for anyone seeking a centrally-located place to unwind, work, or explore. Conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown, close to I-70 Highway, and 7 blocks from vibrant Tennyson Street for dining and entertainment. The space 350 sq foot 1-bedroom/1 bath in a separate guest house. No one is above or below you! The guest space is accessed by a private, separate entrance. Large windows, walk-in shower, Queen Size bed. Other things to note The guest house is located in the backyard of our main residence where we live with our 2 small dogs and 2 cats who occasionally roam the yard and will likely say hello to you if you walk past. They are all very friendly and love people. If you are a renter bringing a dog, you are responsible for your pet at all times and they may never be left unattended in the yard. Our pets are good with children, babies, other animals, and all humans. But we strongly advise guests who do not like dogs/ cats or are uncomfortable around them to reconsider booking with us.
