The space Cosy Shepherd’s Hut Retreat with Alpacas & Country Walks – Fulstow, Lincolnshire Tucked away in the peaceful village of Fulstow, on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and just a short drive from the unspoilt East Coast, our handcrafted shepherd’s hut offers a charming countryside escape. Surrounded by friendly alpacas and rolling farmland, it’s the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a hamper of treats—including fresh eggs from our free-range hens, proudly guarded by Carlos the cockerel (he’s as vocal as he is loveable!). By day, explore the scenic local walks or unwind in the tranquil garden. By night, enjoy a bit of stargazing under the vast Lincolnshire skies. Pure rural bliss. ⸻ The Space Our cosy shepherd’s hut includes: • A comfy double bed • A kitchenette with a one-ring electric hob, microwave, and mini fridge • A seating area with a fold-down dining table • A bathroom with full-size shower, toilet, and wash basin • Heating via a snug log burner and oil heater for year-round comfort ⸻ Outdoor Living Step outside and enjoy two separate seating areas within a large, fenced garden—ideal for morning coffees or evening drinks. Our eight curious but friendly alpacas may wander over (especially if you’ve got carrots!), and you’ll also meet our hens and other chickens who provide your breakfast eggs. A public footpath runs along the edge of the field, leading to beautiful walks through nearby villages, so we do have people walking by but if you Fancy a pint or a pub meal? The Cross Keys is a welcoming local just a 5-minute walk away. ⸻ Practical Info • Safe, off-road parking is available—either by the hut or on our driveway • We live to the rear of the hut and feed the animals each morning, but your privacy will always be respected • Please be mindful that there are neighbouring properties along the left side of the field, so we kindly ask that you respect their privacy too • Please be aware we live on a small holding, so you may hear countryside noises such as animals and farm sounds during your stay ⸻ Whether you’re escaping city life or looking for a peaceful weekend away, our shepherd’s hut is a truly unique place to unwind—surrounded by animals, fresh air, and the gentle rhythms of the countryside. Guest access Our hut has a large gravel area which is fenced off. Other things to note I offer a deluxe package of mainly local produce at an extra of £15.00 on your booking, with a little of savoury & sweet. Also any special occasions I can do welcome decorations, fizz & cake. £10-20 just ask me when booking ☺️
