The space ACTIVE FAMILY & HOME ENVIRONMENT DETAILS This private room operates within a lively, shared residential home where my wife, myself, and our two young children live full-time. • Noise & Rules: We strictly maintain and enforce quiet household hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to protect everyone's sleep. However, our children are actively playing during daylight hours. You will hear normal daytime household noise. • Suitability: If you work odd night shifts, require complete daytime silence to sleep, or are uncomfortable sharing common areas with toddlers, this home will not be a good functional fit for your travel needs. Booking explicitly confirms your acceptance of this daytime family dynamic. Guest access This room is on the third floor of the attic area of our house. The bathrooms are on the first and second floors. Guests will need to climb two stairs to access the room and the bathrooms. During your stay Please expect other guests staying at the property during your stay.
