Relax and rejuvenate at this unique and tranquil getaway. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the magnificent ocean view from the south facing oak meadow. Enjoy dining outside at the picnic table in the small orchard, or on the shady back deck. The interior is all new and features custom woodwork throughout. Explore the 7 acre property, or head up the road to access the island’s vast network of hiking and biking trails. Located 3 km from Tribune Bay. The space The cabin is open concept, with the bedroom, kitchen and dining area all in one 300 square foot room. The bathroom is attached. There are 2 decks attached to the cabin. The forest view deck receives the dappled morning sun. The front deck with the bbq basks in the evening sun. There is a picnic table in front, under the almond tree. The cabin is located within a fenced orchard with several apple and plum trees, plus almond, fig, and grape. Feel free to pick the seasonal fruit. The water is collected via rain water catchment and pumped into the cabin. Drinking and cooking water is provided in bottles from our tested well. The cabin is perfect for 2, however gentle pets and small children are welcome, please request. Dogs must be leashed while outside of the fence (herd of deer). Children would be sleeping on a thick foamie on the floor or a cot, depending on preference. There is a picnic table on the bluff with a magnificent view. Exploring the forest on the many deer trails throughout can be a fun adventure, or take an easy walk along the long driveway lined with seasonal flowering cherry trees. It’s also only a 2 minute walk up to road to access scenic hiking trails and challenging biking trails. Other things to note Summer 2025!
