Tranquility - Idyllic - Individual Flair An idyll for your time off. Immerse yourself in your freestanding bathtub & let everyday life drift away. The bed allows an individual degree of hardness between H2 and H3. Important: the room height is 2 meters. The small but fine kitchen is equipped to prepare delicious meals. A grill & fireplace await in the idyllic patio and small garden. Castrated dogs are welcome. The space The apartment is a separate area with its own entrance, in our residential building where we live with our two dogs. It consists of an approx. 25 m² room, which is cleverly used as a bedroom and living room. The room height is 2 m and is therefore slightly lower than most usual rooms. This gives the room a coziness, but it is important to mention explicitly if someone does not feel comfortable in somewhat lower rooms. The queen size bed is 1.40 m wide and no hardness grade H2 or H3 can be individually selected. The highlight is certainly the freestanding bathtub in the beautiful bathroom. The super comfortable sofa invites you to linger. An electric fireplace provides comfort. A cozy and stylish dining area completes the room. For entertainment, there is a smart TV that provides Netflix freely accessible (via our account). Other apps can be used via your own access. The existing very small kitchen is minimalist in terms of space but lovingly equipped and allows you to prepare meals. The garden offers several seating options that can all be used free of charge. In the house live two small dogs who, after initially loud barking, are always happy to see visitors and are allowed to move freely in the garden. Because we have an uncastrated male, unfortunately we can only accommodate castrated dogs as guest dogs. The village of Seelbach is nestled between fields and forest and offers optimal access to popular hiking trails. The official bus that serves the individual hiking stations also has a stop in Seelbach. Otherwise, the place still has a small cultural house, but no shopping, so you definitely need a car or bicycle here. If you have any further questions – feel free to ask! 😉 Guest access The apartment is at your sole disposal with its own entrance and is part of our residential building, where we live with our two dogs. In the garden you are welcome to use all outdoor seating, loungers and all areas (as well as grill and fire bowl). Other things to note We have two dogs in the house / yard. Dogs are welcome as guests, but require a request. Since we have an uncastrated male, we can only accommodate castrated dogs. Because he often does not get along well with uncastrated males and bitches in heat or shortly before or after heat are a great stressor for our male, and thus also for us 😅 Please do not let dogs on the bed and sofa! The accommodation is rented exclusively for private stays. Commercial or misused uses – such as crypto mining or other electricity-intensive activities – are not allowed.
