Find us as @sunsetpimentel 🧾We issue a rental receipt in the guest's name (request it) The space ✅Living-Dining Room: in wood finishes, it consists of a living room and a dining room for 6 people, it also has a mini soccer set. ✅Kitchenette: gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, blender, cooking utensils, radio with Bluetooth. ✅Master bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, smart TV, clothes closet, clothes iron, ventilation window, fan. ✅Room 2: 2 beds of 1 1/2 plz, melamine closet, fan, beach mats, ventilation window. ✅Bathroom: Electric shower, toilet, shelves, mirror, hand washer, soap, toilet paper. ✅Patio or balcony: charcoal grill and Chinese box. Guest access 🏠The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a house (I do not live in the same place) 🚪Unique access through a separate door to the street which has a staircase leading to the 3rd floor (PHOTO OF THE STAIRCASE IN THE AD) check well before booking. 🚨The staircase is narrow and steep in the last section (2nd to 3rd level) 👩‍🦼 I do not recommend the accommodation for people with walking disabilities. 🕐The flexibility of the check-in/out time will depend on availability (check in advance) Other things to note -The loft is on the THIRD FLOOR of a house (I do not live in the same place). 👫🏻The maximum capacity is 5 people, to provide greater comfort, in case there is a family of 6 or 7 people, we can reach an agreement (after consultation) ⚠️Pet-friendly apartment, people with allergies should take this into account! 🚘The loft does not have a private garage, you can park on the street or also there are paid garages about 4 blocks from the place. 🐕‍🦺 The neighbors of the surrounding apartments/houses have pets that you will not run into, but you will probably hear them.
