Whether visiting with family or friends, you'll have plenty of room to unwind and explore Alexandria's rich history and vibrant culture. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: To ensure your safety, comfort, and compliance with applicable Egyptian laws and regulations, we kindly request your attention to the following house rules: 1. Check-in & Check-out Our check-in and check-out procedures are conducted in person: • Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM • Check-out: Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM Requests for early or late check-in or check-out will only be accommodated if communicated in advance and are subject to approval and availability. Please inform us in advance of your expected check-in and check-out times to facilitate a seamless process. 2. Guest Identification To ensure compliance with local regulations, copies of valid identification documents for all registered guests must be submitted before arrival. • For Egyptian Nationals: o The main booker must provide a copy of their passport and their Egyptian ID card (front and back). o For other registered Egyptian guests:  Guests aged 16 or older must provide a copy of their Egyptian ID card (front and back).  Guests under 16 must provide a copy of their birth certificate. o For couples, if the marriage is not certified on the back of the wife’s Egyptian identification card, then you must provide a copy of an official marriage certificate. o Unofficial documents, such as "Orfi" contracts, are not accepted under Egyptian law. • For Other Arab Nationals: o Copies of passports for all registered guests, including adults and children, are required. o Couples must provide a copy of an official marriage certificate, family card (for GCC citizens), or other official proof of marriage. o Unofficial documents, such as "Orfi" contracts, are not accepted under Egyptian law. • For Foreign (Non-Arab) Nationals: o Copies of passports for all registered guests, including adults and children, are required. ALL IDENTIFICATION SHOULD BE SHARED ON THE AIRBNB CHAT IMMEDIATELY UPON BOOKING CONFIRMATION. 3. Visitor Policy The property is exclusively for registered guests. Visitors are not permitted unless they are pre-registered and approved in advance. Please note that an outdoor security camera monitors the premises at the main apartment entrance. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine of $30 per each entry of unauthorized individuals, which will be added to your final bill. 4. Prohibition of Events Hosting parties or events on the property is strictly prohibited. 5. Pet Policy A maximum of two pets are permitted for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night. 6. Property Damage Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items (e.g., towels, utensils, keys, furniture). If any are damaged, the cost of replacement or repair will be added to your final bill. 7. Fair Usage of Amenities Guests are expected to adhere to a fair usage policy for electricity, water, and internet. Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use and avoid excessive resource consumption. Important Notice: COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVE HOUSE RULES IS MANDATORY. Non-compliance may result in penalties, which will be reflected in your final bill. As noted in the amenities, the apartment does not have air conditioning. During the summer, temperatures typically range from a pleasant 22°C at night to around 32°C during the day, with occasional peaks of up to 38°C. However, thanks to our prime front-row location by the sea, you'll enjoy a refreshing ocean breeze, as shown in the pictures. To enhance your stay, we provide additional fans at no extra charge and complimentary earplugs so you can sleep soundly with the windows open, letting in the natural sea air. We warmly welcome elderly and disabled guests, though please note there are 27 steps before reaching the elevator to the 6th-floor apartment. Currently, there is some nearby beachfront construction, as shown in our photos. While you may hear some daytime noise, the nights remain peaceful, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your stay. Vodafone has a weak signal on mobile networks, while other networks such as Etisalat, Orange, and WE provide strong coverage. For your convenience, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi at 27 Mbps (as verified by the app), ensuring seamless connectivity. Parking is available for EGP 35 per night, payable directly to the garage attendant. Guests are required to leave their keys with the attendant.
