The space The property on level 16 boasts a balcony with an outdoor setting to enjoy a meal or drinks in style, while looking out over the stunning Gold Coast Beaches and South Pacific Ocean. Other superior finishes include premium appliances, ducted air-conditioning, lavish furnishings, smart TV's and more! Jewel Beachfront Residences is situated at the South end of Surfers Paradise. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, while still being right in the heart of what the Gold Coast has to offer - you're looking in the right place! ​*Please note rooms managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts are not associated with onsite managers in any way. Rooms and descriptions are as per GCLR guidelines.* TYPE Bedrooms: 2 Bathrooms: 2 BEDDING 1 x King 2x Singles (can NOT be converted to King) Rates based on up to 4 guests, this room does not allow for additional bedding/guests. CAR PARKING Private secure car parking is available for an additional $10 per night. Please note that there are limited spaces available, we recommend reserving a space in advance to avoid missing out. AMENITIES On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include: Bed linen for each bed 1 x bath towels for each guest. 1 x hand towel & 1 x bath mat for each bathroom. 1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest. 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet. 1 x body wash & 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person. 4 x sachets of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent. 1 x dish cloth & scourer. GCLR do not supply food items like Salt, Pepper, Oil, Condiments etc. Pool towels - Available to hire for $7.50 per towel for the duration of your stay. We do not offer pool towel purchase. The entire apartment is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were your own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast. Guest access This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts. CHECK IN From 2:00pm On the day of arrival, key collection will take place at our office located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Check in is usually from 2pm, however if the property is ready earlier one of our staff will let you know via SMS. If you are arriving outside of office hours, you will be sent late arrival information with instructions on how to access your keys via our night safe. This is also located at the front of our office CHECK OUT By 10:00am Upon departure, it would be greatly appreciated if you are able to return your keys to our office or via the key return drop box located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Alternatively you are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please note that most resorts require keys to exit the car park first, please remove your car and then return the keys to the apartment. We simply require you to remove all rubbish from the property, wash up any dishes & unpack the dishwasher. Please remove all personal belongings and leave both sets of guest keys on the kitchen bench. [CHRISTMAS DAY] Gold Coast Luxury Resorts is closed on Christmas Day, therefore we are unable to accept reservations that require a check-in on the 25th of December. Other things to note PAYMENT TERMS - Airbnb has collected your payment.
