THIS PROPERTY IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES WITH BABIES OR YOUNG CHILDREN WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO SWIM The space This is a newly constructed house with a contemporary design and a convenient floor plan. Plenty of windows and light. Loft type integrated kitchen, bar, and living room. There are two large rooms at each side of the house with their respective walk-in closets and full bathrooms. There is a 1/2 bathroom for guests in the living room area. Once in the house, you will enjoy stunning 360 degrees breathtaking views, probably one of the best views in town. Surrounded by nature and hiking trails, this is is more than a place to disconnect from work and "recharge you batteries”. It’s a “resort style” home fully equipped with all the amenities that you may expect to spend a fancy and stylish vacation that you will never forget! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and immediate surroundings. Other things to note This is a country house surrounded by nature. You may see some foxes that are not dangerous. Please don’t feed them. You may also see small/medium size spiders around as well as other insects. Ants may appear around the house specially after rain. We regularly do spray applications to control ants, but please make sure you keep screen doors and screen windows always closed to keep insects outside of the house. The pool has no fencing protection, so this house is not recommended for families with toddlers or children who ate not are able to swim. If you bring a pet, please keep it in the house or close to the house under supervision. Please remember that the pool has not protection and pets may drown if they fall in the water. Also, the house has not fences around and your pet might get lost if they are not supervised. The neighbor has a dog that may show up occasionally. However the dog is very friendly and does not represent any danger or concern to the guests or pets. Wi-Fi is included at a speed of 10 mgbps. Service is reliable most of the time, however it maybe times when the signal gets lost, especially during bad weather. If you are planning to work online during your stay, it’s highly recommended that you bring a portable modem with you. It is also important to know that there security cameras installed in the exterior of the house, including one surveilling the swimming pool area. Please inform the house keeper if you want one or more cameras temporarily disabled. All services are included with the fee, including electricity and gas. Fire wood will be provided for the first day, but can order more from our provider.
