Casa 4D is located in a gated community, with 8 individual units, with surveillance cameras and access through an electronic gate and a pedestrian gate with an electronic lock. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the main access highways to the city and amenities such as a fitness center, Emporium and supermarket. It is also a few kilometers from the Center. The space The houses of Vila Maju are newly built properties (the construction work was completed in March 2024) and offer a cozy, functional and well-equipped space. The atmosphere is quiet and perfect for rest or work. Casa Lírio (4D) offers: - Bedroom: 2 single beds (which can be adapted for a couple, king size), custom closet and air-conditioning. - Bathroom: shower with hot water and hairdryer. We also provide: soap for personal use, toilet paper and bath towels (according to the number of guests). - Living room: 1 sofa bed for couples, table with chairs (for home office and meals), Smart TV (with local antenna and free Samsung channels), fan and Wi-Fi internet router. - Kitchen/laundry: custom cabinet, 2-burner electric stove, refrigerator, filter attached to the faucet, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, air fryer, basic utensils (glasses, plates, cutlery and pots), tank and washing machine for up to 8.5 kg. - Individual garage, for one car. Guest access Guests will have access to the reserved unit and the shared use area. The entrance to the Vila is through a pedestrian gate, with a digital lock and an access code, and a vehicle gate with remote control. Each house has an individual digital lock. Note: Visitors are not allowed to stay in the Villa. Other things to note RULES AND RESTRICTIONS - Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. However, smoking is allowed in the open, common use area. - Access to the property is only permitted for visitors listed on the reservation. - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - No pets allowed
