Two lounges, full kitchen, dining area, and private garden with outdoor seating. Free Wi-Fi, roadside parking, and self check-in. Reduced rates available for smaller groups (e.g. couples or single bookings using fewer rooms). Bookings are only accepted from guests with previous reviews and stay history. The space 5 bedrooms ( 3 double beds and 2 king size beds) 2 Bathrooms. Fully equipped Kitchen with all essentials Dining area for group meals 2 comfortable lounges, 1 with T.V. private garden with outside dining. Free unrestricted roadside parking is available along the road. There is no private driveway or allocated parking space, and spaces directly outside the property cannot be guaranteed. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by not blocking driveways or access and, where possible, avoiding parking directly outside neighbouring properties. If several cars are travelling together, please spread vehicles along the road rather than parking them all together outside the house. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home and garden. Self check in with lockbox. Keycode sent on day of arrival. Other things to note Happy to give reduced rate for single booking or where only two room are required for 4 people IE 2 couples. Please be aware I do not take booking requests from guest that have no previous visits or reviews. Also I’m happy to do Sundays at a discounted price if part of a weekly booking or weekend please contact me for reduced price rate .
