Ideal apartment for a stay with family or friends. It has an area of 63 m2 located on the 2nd floor of an old house without elevator. It consists of a large living/dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom/toilet and 3 bedrooms. It has Wi-Fi/TV access. The apartment is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. It is located 10 minutes' walk from the center, 5 minutes from the toboggan runs/hiking trails/mountain biking, 2 minutes from the shuttles to the ski slopes. The space The place has a pleasant view of the Vercors mountain range. Bedroom 1 : 1 bed 140 x 200 Bedroom 2 : 1 bunk bed 90 x 190 (These two bedrooms are connecting.) Bedroom 3 : 1 bed 140 x 200 Guest capacity is 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment is equipped to allow you to have a pleasant stay, you can find a SENSEO coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine ... Various brochures about activities/tours to do on the Vercors plateau are available for reading in the apartment (mountain biking, hiking, caves, magic of automatons, ice rink, swimming pool, bowling, cheese shops, farm tour, Autrans rail sledding, skate park, snowshoeing ...) Guest access The accommodation does not have private parking, but spaces are nearby along the street or at the doctor's office 200 m further down. Please be careful not to park in the parking lots of nearby private residences (La Paradis and Le Furon), thank you. A lockbox is available for self check-in/check-out according to the arrival/departure times. Other things to note It is located 10 minutes walk from the town center where the amenities are located (restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, food, market, bar, swimming pool, ice rink, cinema, bowling...) It is also a 5-minute walk from the hill of the baths where you will find the tobogganing and ski park area in winter or hiking trails, trails and mountain biking in summer. There is a 2-minute walk (200 m), access to shuttles to the alpine ski slopes (Côte 2000) and cross-country skiing/hiking (Bois Barbu). Bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided
