penthouse overlooking Lagoa

Overlooking Lagoa and the Christ, my duplex penthouse was built as a retrofit on a classical 60's home. It has the feeling of a house with the convenience of a modern building. Centrally located, it is a 10 min drive or 20 min bike ride to Ipanema. The space House 271 at Sacopã street was built in the 60's by the famous arquitect Tavela Ramos. In 2012 the house underwent renovation in a retrofit style, maintaining the original characteristics of the building and adding up modern conforts. This is an appartment with the feeling of a house, centrally located in the very charming neighbourhood of Lagoa. Guest access The whole house will be acessible, except for my office in a small room.
