Welcome to Cascapédia Cozy! The house is located in the picturesque village of Cascapédia-St-Jules. It is close to the Grande Cascapédia River, known worldwide for Atlantic salmon fishing. Close to all amenities. 10 minutes from the towns of New Richmond and Maria. 30 minutes from the towns of Bonaventure and Carleton-sur-Mer. The space The house has two bedrooms with 1 queen bed per bedroom. In the living room is a double sofa bed. You'll find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. In the basement are a dart board, mini hockey table and several board games. In addition, there is a bar (bring your drink) and a beautiful fireplace... all for you to have fun and relax. At the front of the house there is a veranda close with mosquito nets. Outside is a beautiful fireplace area with extraordinary mountain views (a certain amount of wood will be provided for the duration of the stay). Other things to note *No pets are allowed.
