Cozy Corner is a bright 35 m² studio in Barranco Hondo, Tenerife. It offers a double bed, 55" Smart TV, unlimited fast WIFI, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, study desk, a small balcony with washing machine. An outdoor staircase leads to a private rooftop terrace with ocean views, plants, table, chairs, and a small storage house that can serve as a second workspace or just to chill out. Ideal for remote workers, seasonal workers or couples seeking longer term stay with peace and comfort. The space Located on the first floor, this 35 m² studio features: A bright living area with a double bed (150*190cm) with bedding, study desk, and a 55" Smart TV, unlimited 1GB speed Wifi connection. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Small ceramic cooker, pots and pans, cuttlery, moka pot and long coffee maker, basic seasonings. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, hair dryer (bath towels and beach towels are provided). A small private balcony with a washing machine and outdoor access from base floor. But the highlight? 🌅 Step outside the living area and follow your private outdoor staircase to the stunning rooftop terrace — a serene oasis with panoramic ocean views, lush plants, a table and chairs to enjoy meals al fresco, and a small garden house that can be set up as a second workspace or creative studio. Whether you're working remotely, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying sunset dinners on the roof, Cozy Corner offers a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and natural beauty. Guest access You have private access to the base floor and roof top. You renting the entire unit so you dont share any space with anyone. There is a small private locker inside - this is for the managment (not for guests). Other things to note I highly recommend to rent a car! There is public transport (pls check section "Where you will be" - "Getting around"), but rental is always easeir, you are more independent.
