Enjoy this large art studio space built on top or a double garage. It has cathedral ceilings, sky lights and lots of windows to enjoy the garden, forest and mountain views. Surrounded by art and birds singing and Narrows creek in the distance can be enjoyed from the large deck. You are welcome to walk through the forest on pathways next to the creek. Across the Harrop ferry. Nelson is 35 minutes away. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional $60 per dog (3 small dogs max.) Cash only. The space Cross the Harrop Ferry and travel 5.2 Kms on Harrop Procter Road. 1 Km from Sunshine Bay. Take a stroll through the forest along Narrows Creek on the property. Enjoy the many hiking and biking trails at Sunshine Bay or Kootenay Lake Village. A short drive to Kokanee Creek Provincial Park, Ainsworth Hot Springs, and Cody Caves. Guest access Guests are welcome to stroll through the paths in the forest by Narrows Creek that runs through the property. Lawn chairs are provided to sit beside the creek on a hot day. Other things to note Drive 20 Minutes from Nelson on the North Shore Highway 3A to the Harrop Ferry. The ferry runs 24/7. Cross the ferry and drive for 5 kms. The total amount of time to Nelson is approximately 45 minutes. Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Black Dog Studio Airbnb with an additional fee of $30 per dog.
