Dreamers Garden - cozy and peculiar two room flat

Original and bright two-room apartment, furnished with care and love, in a historic district of Naples (Borgo di Sant'Antonio Abate). Ideal for those who love plants, vintage furniture, handmade items, taking long walks and want to experience spending a few nights in a neighborhood that is still very authentic and true, almost not at all touristy, without sacrificing comfort. Strategic for those who need to travel by train but don't want to stray too far from the historic center. The space The house is located on the fourth floor of an old, unrenovated building, dating back to the late 1800s/early 1900s, equipped with an elevator (see house rules), inhabited mainly by Neapolitan residents. A very authentic and folkloristic place, ideal for experiencing the characteristics of a typical Neapolitan home. The apartment, 35 square meters and just renovated, consists of an entrance in the living room/dining room, separate kitchenette with an induction stove, sink and washer-dryer, a small hallway that leads to a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a QUEEN size mattress, larger than the standard double beds, to give you more space and comfort. In the living room there is a sofa bed of a French square and a half in case you want to sleep separately or have children (please let me know in advance - at the time of booking - if you need to use the sofa bed as well, so that I can prepare it for the night - see the house rules -). The bathroom has a bidet and a double shower with CHROMOTHERAPY and a continuous hot water supply. There are different types of plants throughout the house so if you love nature it is really the right place for you! You'll have a coffee maker and a kettle to prepare cappuccino, ginseng, tea, hot chocolate, coffee and herbal teas. There is no cleaning service or linen change during your stay, but if you need it, we will find a solution. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. is possible but will require a surcharge (see house rules). Other things to note The papier-mâché chandeliers are handmade and most of the furniture and furnishings are restored family heirlooms or the result of creative recycling. I designed and created everything myself with the help of my dear family. I really hope you feel the love and passion with which these items were collected and created. Before and after each stay, every bed, sofa and pillow in the house is treated with a mite vacuum cleaner and UV treatment to ensure the lowest concentration of dust-borne allergens.
