Escape to our spacious, 2 bedroom loft vacation home in beautiful PEI Centrally located just 10 minutes from Charlottetown. A 5 minute drive to grocery& liquor store, Starbucks,Tim Hortons,restaurants. We are a 2 km drive to Tea Hill Provincial Park and a 15 min walk to a local beach. We have a king and a queen bedroom for comfort after a long day. The space Welcome to our loft vacation home located in scenic Alexandra! The property is surrounded by farmland and has a water view of Alexandra Bay, a taste of the country but so close to Charlottetown! We are very centrally located , perfect for touring all of PEI ! Close to shopping, gas , restaurants, and great coffee shops ! The loft is situated on the second floor of our garage on our home property. We share a driveway with parking for your vehicle. Our loft is very spacious and you have access to the entire space. The loft has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have a dresser. The king bedroom has a desk and a chair to use for remote work. We supply all bedding and pillows. We supply 2 pack and plays and a high chair , with some toys as well , for the younger visitors. The combined living room and kitchen/dining room is sunny and has beautiful cathedral ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals. It has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker with ice coffee feature. We supply coffee, tea, hot chocolate mix, salt, pepper and oil. The living room has comfortable couches and a 42” TV with a fire stick to log into your own Netflix, Prime, etc streaming channels . There are puzzles, cards and board games to enjoy as well . The deck is just off the living area and has a lovely water view of Alexandra Bay. It has 4 chairs and a propane BBQ. Great spot to enjoy morning coffee! The bathroom has a shower, towels and a hair dryer. We supply toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well . There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We supply laundry soap and bounce dryer sheets. We have a 4 lawn chairs ,4 beach towels, an umbrella , and a cooler to use for a beach day! Other things to note We have a pool in our yard but unfortunately it’s not available for guests because of insurance reasons. Please note no smoking , vaping allowed.
