Located in the city center, our apartment is ideal for tourist and business stays. It is located on the 1st floor of a building on a courtyard in a small condominium. Less than a 10-minute walk to the train station, close to bus stops, tram, shops and just a 5-minute walk to Place de la République. The space Our fully renovated apartment is the perfect place for a stay combining comfort and modernity. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking, including a dishwasher. The living room area is welcoming. You can also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected throughout your stay. The sleeping area, delimited by a canopy with a blackout blind, includes a 140 cm double bed as well as a functional workspace with a folding desk. The bathroom, both modern and bright, has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer and the toilets are separate. To make your stay more enjoyable, the bed is made upon arrival and we provide: - Bath towels - Liquid hand soap - Body wash and shampoo - Dish soap To kick off your stay, a small welcome tray for your first breakfast will be waiting for you upon arrival.
