The space The house is made of eco-friendly, natural materials. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning and heating system. There is a TV, fridge and hot water. In front of the house there is a small yard and a citrus garden, in the shade of which there is a table, a hammock and a grill. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. There are cafes and shops nearby. Other things to note For long-term rentals of 28 days or more, guests pay for utilities. Water, internet, gas and electricity are charged according to the meter readings.
