Located on a short stroll to long beach this property has all you could want for your holiday to Robe. The open plan kitchen/living/dining provides ample space for all the family to come together without sitting on each others laps! The master bedroom provides one with an ensuite and walk in robe and is located at the front of the house away from the other three bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 mirror each other with a queen bed in both rooms, with bedroom 4 being the ultimate kids room with two single beds and plenty of toys. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and slow combustion woodfire heating (guests to supply own wood) in the lounge area plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Plenty of parking for your cars and of course the boat because 'when in Robe'. NO BOOKING IS ACCEPTED WITHOUT RETURNING THE GUEST LIST WITH THE REQUIRED DETAILS It is the dog owners responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Holiday rentals can not guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet. Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.
