Everything is one one level, except for a few steps around the pool area. The master and bedroom 2 have doors to walk right to the pool. 🌴Dining Gazebo: Dining Table with 6 chairs, Weber BBQ 🌴Living Room : Smart TV, couch & chairs. Has international channels, movies & series ( log into your Netflix & Amazon accounts) 🌴Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, gas oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, drip coffee maker & electric kettle ( starter bag of coffee & herbal tea selection included ) 🛏Master bedroom: King bed, Airco, ceiling fan, wardrobe closet and dressers. 🚿Bathroom 1: Ensuite in master bedroom w/ shower. Amenities provided included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shave gel 🛏Bedroom 2: King bed, (split mattress), Airco, ceiling fan, dressers 🛏Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Airco, desk, bookcase ( smallest of the bedrooms, perfect for kids or teens). Located in the living room. 🚿Bathroom 2: With shower, comes with bathroom amenities listed in bathroom 1. 🧺Laundry room (outside kitchen door): Washing & Dryer ( detergent provided), laundry lines & drying rack. Shared space with owners if they need to access it. 🌴Covered veranda by pool: Bar height table with 6 chairs Villa Extras & need to know: ✅️Beach Towels & insulated cooler bag for the beach included ✅️Mainly 110v outlets & a few 220v outlets ➡️ The villa is not child proofed for small children. No other animals allowed on the property. ➡️You need a car to explore Curacao. We are not on a bus line. ➡️The only hot water in the villa is in the showers. Tap water in Curacao is safe to drink. Guest access Guests have dedicated parking spot in front of the villa. Guests have access to the villa & private pool. No access to the downstairs apartment, where the owners live during your stay with their 2 large dogs. The dogs don't have access to the villa when it is being rented. They stay in the apartment with the owners downstairs with a separate entrance gate. Dryer is shared between owners and guests. Dryer is located in the villa laundry room outside. Other things to note Important to Know: Normally the neighbourhood is quiet but you could hear sounds such as workers using power tools, construction noise during the day, dogs barking, music, etc. Neighbourhood has 24/7 security We have 2 Dogo Argentino dogs ( see pictures). The dogs don't have access to the villa when it is being rented. They stay in the apartment with the owners downstairs with a separate entrance gate. House Rules: ➡️Turn off ALL 3 air conditioners and ALL lights when you leave the villa for the day. Utilites are included but please be mindful of your consumption as they are both expensive on the island. ➡️No smoking or vaping in the house. Please smoke outside, ashtrays are provided. ➡️No parties. No unauthorized guests without the owners permission ( 8pm- 7am is quiet time). ➡️ Supervise your children at all times especially near the pool. ➡️Pool Rules: Enjoy at your own risk No lifeguard is on duty. The owners are not responsible for any accidents & injuries.
