It’s also conveniently located a short walk from Tromsø’s top attractions, shops, and dining at Vervet. Guest access A private retreat for guests, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive stay. Guests can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate throughout their stay. The easiest way to get here from the Airport is bus 42 via the city center which stops at the «Lærfabrikken». Then it's a 3-minute walk (slightly uphill) from the bus stop. The grocery shop (Kiwi) is right next to the bus stop. Ideally located near shops, dining, and top attractions, this apartment offers a warm and comfortable base for an Arctic adventure. Parking The parking is free of charge, provided that the snow is cleared by guests. Tromsø experiences heavy snowfall during the winter months, from November to April, sometimes multiple times a day. Other things to note Welcome to Erik V: House Guidelines 1. General Conduct Shoes & Noise: Kindly remove your shoes inside; spikes are not allowed inside the apartment. Keep noise low, especially from 10 PM to 7 AM. Activities: No parties, events, or smoking inside; illegal activity will be reported to the police. 2. Check-In/Out Times: Check-in after 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Early check-in possible with notice. 3. Cleanliness & Maintenance Cleaning: Basic cleaning upon check-out, including dishes and trash. Damage: Report issues; extra charges for any breakages. 4. Guests & Pets Max 4 Guests; no pets allowed. 5. Amenities Kitchen: Use responsibly, and clean up. Wi-Fi available for fair use. 6. Safety Lock Doors: Always lock up when leaving. 7. Garbage Please recycle (see the bags below the zink for further instructions). The garbage bins is just outside.
