This brand-new (Feb 2024 build), modern, sun-drenched in-law suite is ideally located in a lovely community less than a 5-minute drive from regional parks, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and more in Waldorf and La Plata, MD. The open-concept space includes a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing delicious homemade meals. The bright, airy living room boasts a comfy pull-out sectional sofa and a 55" TV, while the bedroom features a super comfortable king-size memory foam bed. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, it is not shared and is completely private. We have done our best to mindfully soundproof the space, but given the unit shares a wall with the main house, please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear us as we go about our everyday lives, and we will hear you. Other things to note This unit is temperature-controlled remotely because both the main house and the in-law suite (where you will be staying) run on one HVAC system, usually set to 68 degrees F, and seems to work for most guests. Happy to adjust the temperature to suit your needs.
