Welcome to our house with a separate guest apartment, built in 2020, in peaceful Sundsstrand. The house is 190 square meters (2,045 square feet) with space for 6 adults and 2 smaller children. In the apartment, there are two 80-cm (31-in) beds. Ocean view and a child-friendly garden with a sandbox, trampoline, and swings. The area has an unattended convenience store (Bank-ID required), playgrounds, and forest with nice walking paths. 5 minutes by car to a shallow beach, 15 minutes to both Torp shopping center and Uddevalla city center, where you will find shops and restaurants. The space The house: suitable for 6 adults Guest apartment: suitable for 2 adults - Ground floor offers 3 bedrooms (of which 1 children's room) , living room with TV, bathroom with shower, laundry room with separate toilet. Large terrace with sofa group. Upstairs: On the upper floor, there are the house's common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8 people + 2 step stools, a living room with a TV, and a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. There is also a playroom with a sofa bed for two people (bedroom 4 in picture, 140 cm wide barn). Take breakfast out on the balcony in the morning sun or enjoy a dinner in the evening sun with the sea as a view.
