Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with stunning sea views! The house offers sunny large terrace, open light and airy living room and kitchen solution. Three bedrooms with double beds and double sofa bed in the basement living room. Plenty of home spaces inside and outside. A cat to fall in love with - in weeks 28 and 29 Close to the sea, nature, bath iron, playgrounds and Amfi shopping center. Welcome here with the ones you love! On The space Amazing terrace - look forward to it! Here you can enjoy, cook and spend a night under the stars by the fire pit. We have a large garden with a trampoline and a playground for everyone. Here you will also find some herbs, berries and fruit trees. Of course, you can just help yourself. The second floor is open and bright. Here you will find a laundry room, airy entrance, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and fully equipped open kitchen towards the living room. In the basement there is an exit to the garden and garden terrace, "TV room" with sofa (can be made up if necessary) and inflatable double mattress, bedroom with double bed and guest toilet. The garage has a charger for electric cars. Guest access You can use our entire home - the entire second floor and half of the basement. Private terrace and private large garden area with trampoline, fruit trees, berries and herbs. The basement apartment has a private entrance and a private garden area. We hope you will enjoy your stay here, and we want guests who will also enjoy and take care of our place. We will clear space for you in closets and in the bathroom so that you have room to move in. In the kitchen we make spices and other kitchen utensils available. Please help yourself. If you run out of something you use, we ask you to buy more for the next guest. Please note that bed linen and towels must be brought, due to the cost of washing and the time from departure to the next guest, but ask and we will see what is possible. And those who stay with us rent more than one house - welcome to our home! The terrace has lovely potted plants, which need water to stay fresh and nice😊 We have a tenant Drillon. His apartment has a private entrance and he has a parking space by the house as well as the garden down from the parking space. We are very fond of this quiet nice guy that you can enjoy if you get to meet him. We also have a beautiful abyssinian cat Tittentei who is home in week 30, 31, 33 and 34. Tittentei is an unusual cat - he is incredibly affectionate and likes to go on a trip. He is dog-friendly, if you bring a dog. Tittentei must have access to the laundry room through the cat door and he must be fed (dry food in the litter box). He gets super happy if you give him wet food (only once a day). He must also have a refill of water. He's happy to come into the house for a cuddle if you'd like. Garbage collection is early Wednesday morning, so if necessary you can put the garbage cans on the road Tuesday night. Smoking is only allowed outside and cigarette butts must of course be placed in ashtrays. Snus bags can go in the trash. Quiet hours in the house and neighborhood are between 11 pm and 6 am. Show consideration and have a dialogue with Drillon and possibly other neighbors if there is a need to make good sounds beyond 11 pm.
