Savor a serene retreat at our spacious summer cottage in Minden Hills located at Twin Lakes and Mountain Lake, ideal for up to 11 guests. Equipped with WiFi, full kitchen, outdoor dining, fire pit, and lake access. Please bring with you three sets of queen sheets , two sets of double sheets, two sets of twin sheets, towels, pillows, and toiletries Please also bring with you extra garbage bags , extra paper towels, and extra toilet paper. The space Our cottage boasts five inviting bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished with eight comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep for everyone. Wake up to refreshing morning vistas and kick-start your day with a hearty breakfast prepared in our well-equipped kitchen that feels just like home. The spacious communal area, replete in cozy furnishings and a television set, provides plenty of room for fun-filled family activities. On balmy summer afternoons, venture outside to our large private garden complete with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and a fire pit - everything you need to host an unforgettable summer cookout under the stars. During your stay, you will have full access to our 2.5 well-appointed bathrooms, and for your added convenience, our property features free on-site parking so you can explore the vicinity worry-free. Be assured of your safety with smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, and hot water available around the clock. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property and its amenities. You can enjoy the freedom of coming and going as you please with our easy self-check-in process. Further details will be provided upon booking. And rest easy knowing there is free parking available right on the premises, no additional walking or parking issues here! Other things to note Drinking water: The cabin is on a septic system and a purified lake water system. If you have any concerns, please bring drinking water with you. Linens (Bedroom, Bathroom and Kitchen): You need to bring towels, and kitchen linens. A coverlet will be provided on each bed. Personal items: Hand soap, shampoo and all other personal hygiene items. Personal Floatation Devices (PDF): If you are planning on going out on the water, every person must have a properly fitted PDF, that you must bring with you. Kleenex and Paper Towels: There may be some of these items at the Cottage to get you started however, you should not count on it and have a supply with you when you arrive. Ice: Ice bags. Flashlights: Cottage country is much different from the city when it comes to power outages. Hydro One personnel are quick to respond to issues however if we have severe weather that causes an outage these outages can be lengthy. You should have a flashlight so you can see in the dark when outside the Cottage. Sun Tan Lotion and bug repellant are always handy in Cottage Country!
