This peaceful and accessible accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, 12 minutes from Dax and Préchacq-les-Bains. Special for spa guests: We offer a preferential rate suitable for 3-week stays. Included: Fiber Wi-Fi, linens, TV (TNT): 1 in the living room and 1 in a bedroom. The space Comfortable furnished house – Ideal Curists (Dax, Préchacq) Welcome to this step-free, peaceful and accessible PMR (manual wheelchair) house. Ideally located on the roadside 1.1 km from the village, it is the perfect pied-à-terre for your cures in Dax or Préchacq-les-Bains. 🛋️ The space The house is air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning). One unit is installed in the living/dining room and is also used for the adjoining bedroom. A second unit is installed in the second bedroom for the adjoining area. Step-free: The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Brightness: Living rooms and large terrace (with awning) facing south, offering a relaxing view of an oak grove. Hygiene & Comfort: Strictly non-smoking accommodation, do not vape. No pets are allowed. 🚶‍♂️ Access to the market town & Shops (Soft mobility) The land opens directly to a private path. It allows you to reach the village on foot or by bike, in complete tranquility to enjoy the shops: convenience store, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants... 🍅 Don't miss the local local produce market on Saturday mornings! 🌲 Explore nearby La Voie Verte (former Dax/Saint-Sever railway) for beautiful walks. Thermalism & Heritage: Préchacq-les-Bains (12 km), Dax (12 km, its bullring, its hot fountain) and Montfort-en-Chalosse (7 km, its museum, its fountain of 100 steps). The ocean is about forty kilometers away (Vieux-Boucau, Hossegor) or there are more untouched beaches (Moliets and its golf course, the Huchet current, Messanges, etc.). Your reservation will only be final after our confirmation and manual acceptance. Guest access You will have access to the whole ground floor of the house. Note: a few private cabinets are locked for our personal belongings, please respect these spaces. Step-free 🛏️ sleeping arrangements: The listing adapts to the number of guests (access to 1 or 2 bedrooms depending on the configuration of your stay): Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) + 1 single bed (90 x 190 cm) ✨ Important: When making your reservation, please let us know how many beds you would like to use, so that we can prepare the rooms as best we can for your arrival. Self check-in: For more flexibility, a lockbox is available for your arrival time. 🍳 House facilities Coffee: The coffee machine uses Nespresso capsules. Barbecue: The "kettle" barbecue and its lighter chimney are at your disposal in the well cabin. ⚡ Energy use An electricity fee of €5 per day is included in your stay (monitored via the Linky meter). Any consumption beyond this package will be subject to an additional charge to be paid on site upon your departure.
