Cozy Studio in Walkout Basement

Guests have access to this entire walkout basement studio with large backyard and creek. This newly renovated space has a Helix mattress queen bed, living room space, full bath, and a kitchenette which includes; a medium sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, plates, bowls, and silverware. We’re a 5 minute walk from Ken-O-Sha Park with great hiking trails, just south of 28th street, a 10 minute drive to the airport, and a 15 minute drive to downtown GR. The space Our neighborhood is fairly quiet! We’re located on a horseshoe shaped street without a lot of through traffic. However, we are a 1/2 mile from 28th street, which has a lot of chain type shops and restaurants. It is very convenient, but it does have a lot of traffic! Our house is on top of a hill with a creek at the bottom. Our property goes to the creek, feel free to explore! The backyard is all a shared space, we have a couple lounge chairs and a tree swing you’re welcome to use! Guest access The entire basement studio space is yours! Shared spaces include the backyard and laundry room. You’re welcome to do laundry during your stay, but please send us a message to let us know so we can make sure the machines are available for you! Other things to note - We have cameras outside for our safety as well as yours. Please do not tamper with them! - Rest assured that this space is cleaned thoroughly. All bedsheets, towels, and duvet covers are washed between each guest. - We live upstairs, above the Airbnb space, with our baby, cat, and 2 year old pup. You will inevitably hear some noise above (floor creeks, footsteps, baby babbles, or an occasional bark). Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 6:00am so you shouldn’t hear anything during that time. Our bedroom and baby’s nursery are not above the Airbnb space, so there shouldn’t be any night time crying heard, but there is some unpredictability with a baby so please take this into consideration when booking. If you plan to nap during the day or if the noise is ever an issue in general, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate! ☺️
