Family home between Caen and the sea

A vacation in Normandy, 15 minutes from Caen and the beaches (including the landing beaches: Gold sector, Juno and Sword Beach). Enjoy a peaceful stay in this pleasant family home. The village of Thaon offers many walks (hiking trails, 11th century Romanesque church, castle park...), a playground and many services and shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gas station, doctor...) are within walking distance. The space The house has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), dining/living room with stone fireplace, TV and internet. The living room gives direct access to the outside. The beautiful garden, enclosed and unobstructed, has many fruit trees. An electric awning allows you to fully enjoy the terrace and have lunch in the shade. The house sleeps 6. On the half-landing: a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms. One with a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed and the other with two 90 x 190 cm single beds. On the first floor: a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and a bathroom with toilet and sink. Possibility to provide bed linen for an extra charge (10 euros/night for the stay).
