To ensure a smooth check-in process, please note the following information: Check-In Times Reception hours are: • Weekdays: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm • Weekends: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance and we will be happy to arrange self check-in for you. Identification and Security Deposit At check-in, guests will be required to provide: • Valid photo identification (Driver Licence) • A credit card for a security deposit We will also collect the personal details of all guests staying in the room as part of our standard registration process. Vehicle Access Please note that the height limit at the reception entrance is 2.1 metres. If your vehicle exceeds this height, access is available via our rear entrance. Pets Boyne Island Motel is not a pet-friendly property, therefore pets are not permitted on the premises. Smoking Policy We are a smoke-free facility.
