The space Our apartment is located on the 40th floor of the prestigious Mantra on Mary. Please note: The apartment features a brand-new centralized air conditioning system, providing year-round comfort. One of the apartment's highlights is its generous balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking city and river views both day and night. Designed for comfort and relaxation, our apartment offers a homey feel with all the modern amenities. The apartment includes a Main bedroom with a closet and a comfortable queen-size bed, which also provides access to the balcony. The second room is a study that has been set up with a double bed to serve as a second bedroom. Additionally, the living room features a sofa bed that can be arranged upon request, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to five guests. Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered during booking, as the default setup is for up to four guests. For families traveling with a baby, we can provide a travel cot and high chair at No extra cost for your convenience. However, please bring your own baby bed linen, as it is not provided for safety reasons. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare complete meals during your stay. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided to keep you connected and entertained. We have also installed a brand new smart TV with free local channels and Netflix for your enjoyment. For longer stays, a private laundry with a Washer and Dryer is available in the apartment. Bed linen and basic toiletries will be provided for your stay. Other things to note 1. Check-In Instructions We will send you detailed check-in instructions with photos to ensure a smooth arrival. Downloading them in advance will be handy. A detailed house manual will also be provided to help you familiarize yourself with the property. 2. Early Check-In Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Unlike hotels, we don’t have alternative rooms available. We’ll do our best to have the property ready as soon as possible, and you’re welcome to check in once it’s ready. If you require guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before. Please note that if we have guests departing on the same day, housekeeping will need sufficient time to prepare the room. 3. Late Check-Out If you need a late check-out, please contact us by 5:00 PM the night before your departure to check availability. Late check-outs after 12:00 PM incur an additional night’s fee, as we need to block the night to allow enough time for housekeeping. We appreciate your understanding. 4. Luggage Storage As we don’t have a reception or luggage storage facilities on-site, we recommend using nearby services such as Luggage Hero, Radical Storage, or Stasher, which offer secure and affordable options. 5.
