Trehaven View is a self contained first floor apartment, with outstanding sea views, situated in the quiet fishing village of Portloe. Portloe, the jewel of the Roseland Penisula, was rated as among the 20 most beautiful villages in the UK & Ireland. Just meters from the South West Coast Path and the harbour, it’s location is ideal for walkers looking for a peaceful base to explore from, or families wanted to make the most of it’s nearby sandy beaches. The space A light and airy open plan living area, with a 6-seater dining table and breakfast bar. Relax on the l-shaped sofa, or read a book whilst enjoying the views on the swivel arm chair. Wifi, Sky TV & DVD player. Family games are kept in the ottoman, books & DVD's in the utility room. Have breakfast on the balcony with uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea or enjoy a drink in the beer garden of the Ship Inn, in easy walking distance. Binoculars are provided for guests, as dolphins are regularly spotted in the bay. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven & hob, fridge, dishwasher. Cafetière with locally sourced coffee. We try and make your stay as comfortable as possible so provide cooking essentials, such as olive oil, herbs & spices, salt & pepper. You'll also find dishwasher tablets & cleaning products under the sink. Three bedrooms with ample storage space & vanity desks. Hairdryer included. Full sized family bathroom, with toilet, bath & stand alone shower. Hand wash, lotion, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner & toilet roll supplied. Beach towels provided in cupboard in family bathroom, along with outdoor furniture & parasol. Separate small toilet. Utility room with freezer & washing machine. All facilities for washing/ ironing, including washing pods & outdoor washing lines. Porch area for shoes & coats. Off street private parking, big enough for two large vehicles. Hose in parking to wash wetsuits/ bikes/ car. Early check-in (from 1pm + £50) and late check-out (by 12pm + £50) can be arranged prior to arrival, if required. Guest access The entire first floor and balcony, with parking area are yours to use as you please. PLEASE NOTE: There are 8 steps to access the property from the parking area. The garage & area through the wooden gate are private. Other things to note Your hosts, Christine & Tristan, live in the apartment below, so are always on hand if you have any problems or questions. Please call or text if you have any issues. We kindly ask you respect the property as it's been our family home since being built by my Grandad. Portloe does not have a village shop, please make sure you do your grocery shopping en route.
