The space This first floor private condo is modern, bright, open, and welcoming. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with super soft sheets. The living room has a sofa and an air mattress. There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. Perfect for family and business travel. Children - You are welcome to bring children of all ages. While it isn't baby-proofed, we do provide a pack-n-play for infants. This is a strictly Non-Smoking space. If you smoke inside the unit, you will be subject to a $500 fine. Guest access The gourmet kitchen has a full-size oven, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, French press coffee maker, and dishwasher. Cook your heart out! We provide ground coffee for the French press and breakfast bars. There are plenty of dishes and silverware for your use. Dishwasher detergent is available under the sink. We have one full bathroom. A clean set of towels will be in the bathroom when you arrive. Additional supplies are in the bedroom closet. We have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Laundry detergent is provided. Trash disposal: Please put your trash into the kitchen garbage bags and put it into one of the large trash bins at the end of the driveway. A lot of our guests are repeat visitors and expect a certain level of peacefulness. Therefore we strongly adhere to Airbnbs “No Party” rule. Thanks! Other things to note To ensure our cleaner is able to adhere to our strict cleaning protocol we are unable to accommodate early check in. If you book and request a check in earlier than 4 pm we cannot accommodate. Check out is also firm at 11 am. The Town of Occoquan is host to several fun events year round. Be sure to check it out. Being a small town with historic structures and a river nearby the Town of Occoquan is an excellent place to play Pokemon Go! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies. Should you book and bring a pet or indicate you have a pet we will have to have Airbnb cancel your reservation. We provide a few granola bars as a quick breakfast but we are sure you will find delicious food options in Town. Before you leave, please gather your trash and put it in one of the green bins at the end of the driveway.
