This first floor private condo is modern, bright, open, and welcoming. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with super soft sheets. The living room has a sofa and an air mattress. There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. Perfect for family and business travel. Children - You are welcome to bring children of all ages. While it isn't baby-proofed, we do provide a pack-n-play for infants. This is a strictly Non-Smoking space. If you smoke inside the unit, you will be subject to a $500 fine. The gourmet kitchen has a full-size oven, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and dishwasher. Cook your heart out! We provide an assortment of K-Cups and granola bars for a quick breakfast. There are plenty of dishes and silverware for your use. Dishwasher detergent is available under the sink. We have one full bathroom. A clean set of towels will be in the bathroom when you arrive. Additional supplies are in bedroom closets. We have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Laundry detergent is provided. Trash disposal: Please put your trash into the kitchen garbage bags and put it into one of the large trash bins at the end of the driveway. Otherwise, we like to give our guests their privacy. The Town of Occoquan is a cute little historic gem just outside of the hustle and bustle of D.C. It is peaceful and tranquil. On weekends, families come to enjoy the outdoors, the unique shopping and dinning experiences that the town offers. There are also several historic buildings in town that are really cool to visit. The town is very walkable. There are several major highways nearby that will take you anywhere in the D.C. area. The Virginia Rail Express is about 10 min drive away providing you weekday public transportation to DC. We also have free parking in the back of our building. To ensure our cleaner is able to adhere to our strict cleaning protocol we are unable to accommodate early check in. If you book and request a check in earlier than 4 pm we cannot accommodate. Check out is also firm at 11 am. The Town of Occoquan is host to several fun events year round. Be sure to check it out. Being a small town with historic structures and a river nearby the Town of Occoquan is an excellent place to play Pokemon Go!
