The space -Layout Single Level, 3 bedrooms with open plan kitchen living, dining area opening onto an expansive deck and a crystal clear mineral pool, gym, infrared sauna & cold plunge. -Guests 6 adults max. Options to rent the property as a 5 ,4 ,3 or 2 bedroom house upon request. What ever option you choose you have the entire property to yourselves, you will not be sharing with anyone! -Heating/Cooling Open fire place, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, concrete floors have underfloor heating in winter. -Laundry Combo Laundry Bathroom washing machine, dryer and clothes line -Parking Carport for 2 cars and parking on the property for 6 cars, parking for 1-2 boats. -Pets on request . *Bedrooms and Bathrooms* Main Bedroom 1:1 King bed, en-suite, plus access to outdoor shower, bath & sauna Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, cot 3 outdoor baths and 2 outdoor showers. *Additional features * Linen is provided including beach towels. Guest access When you rent The Bendalong House 3 you have access to the main house and it’s 3 bedrooms & the pool. The sauna, cold plunge and gym are available upon request.
