Moonah Links Peninsula Retreat

Our stylish three bedroom home is next to one of the 18th fairways of the prestigious Moonah Links golf course, though you don't have to be a golf tragic to enjoy the location. We're in the middle of the Mornington Peninsula with beaches (ocean and bay), wineries, restaurants, hikes and other golf courses 5-20 minutes away. In walking distance is a secret winery restaurant with incredible food and views, and next door to the estate are two amazing hot springs: Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba. The space The house features three bedrooms: - one huge king bedroom features sliding doors overlooking the central outdoor courtyard, a desk, a walk in robe and an ensuite with a huge double shower - a second king bedroom with built in robes and a desk - one room with two single beds and a built in robe. The second king bedroom and the twin room share a huge "Jack and Jill" bathroom. There are two outdoor areas, each with a dining table for eight and outdoor lounges. A Weber BBQ is connected to mains gas, so you'll never run out. The house features central heating and AC. There is an enormous living/dining/kitchen area which opens onto the central courtyard and the back deck, which overlooks the 18th fairway. We have a 65-inch The Frame TV, Netflix and a second lounge room with another tv. The kitchen is bright and spacious with twin ovens, dishwasher, large fridge with ice-maker and all the utensils, crockery and glassware needed for meals around the large indoor dining table or two outside tables. Behind the kitchen is a butler’s pantry on one side and fully equipped laundry on the other. See the floor plan in photos for the layout of the house. Early check ins and late check outs are usually available - it just depends on whether there are other guests leaving or arriving on the same day. Just ask and we'll see what we can do. The house is furnished to a high level (nearly everything was newly purchased in late 2022), so the house is not suitable for young children, pets or anyone with a penchant for throwing around glasses of red wine! Though enjoying red wine calmly is to be encouraged! This is our home that we let out when we are travelling (which is often). That means it is very well equipped, stylishly furnished with lots of original artwork and heaps of books. No cookie cutter styling here! But don't worry, all our "stuff" is packed away. We are on the 18th fairway, so walking distance to the Moonah Links clubhouse, restaurant & bar plus an easy drive to St Andrews Beach Brewery, Hawkes Farm, the Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Springs and heaps of bay and back beaches, wineries, hikes and restaurants.
