Come enjoy this tiny house (980 sq. ft.), camp cabin-style cottage a 3 min drive (or 10 min walk) up from the quiet village of Blue Hill. Close to the beach access, village shopping, Kneisel Hall, Blue Hill Fairgrounds, and many hiking trails and 40 min to Acadia. Finishing a remodel inside (just trim left) and will be upgraded outside by fall ‘25. Bedrooms are very small—all upstairs. One full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Full kitchen for cooking. Welcome to the Maine coast! The space Downstairs: Full kitchen, dining room, and living space, 1 very narrow half bath. Upstairs: 3 very small bedrooms, 1 full bath. Guest access Access to the whole house except basement, closets, and dressers. Shared driveway with an Antiques shop that operates on weekends. Other things to note Parking is limited to two vehicles maximum. Antique Store open on weekends is on the property with a shared driveway. No access to laundry machines…there is a laundromat 1 min down the road. This is a camp cottage—the shower water pressure is reasonable, but not strong. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access bedrooms/full bath.
